“Activity wasn't too crowded despite being fully booked (20 people), I would say anyone fit and healthy would be able to do it without needing to be super sporty. Options to do shorter or longer length trip that you can choose when on the water so see how you feel on the first 2k and then decide. Easy paced for the first part approx 2.5k, opted for the longer one and the last 5k had only one short stop close to the end and was much speedier, fine for me but others lagged a fair way behind. overall a great experience with friendly guides who made it enjoyable.
