The skipper (Leo) was friendly, dependable, knowledgeable, and attentive. All of the locations were great—a bit crowded, but what else can you expect from major attractions. A nice variety of drinks provided. The snorkeling equipment was sufficient, and the pool noodles were a nice touch.”

“This was a horrible experience. Every other boat offered people life jackets or floaties to get to the blue cave. Mine didn’t say anything. There were so many boats so many swells. I almost drowned. Another boat saved me. Then when I transferred to my boat, the captain told me I couldn’t swim so I should’ve known to ask for a life jacket. I can swim. This is not like swimming in a pool or even the regular ocean.”

My friend and I were joined by 6 other passengers, but there was more than enough room for us all on the speedboat. “Not worth the money at all. The boat was really cramped. The toilet was out of order. There were no snacks/sandwiches as advertised so we were starving for the whole trip. There was no snorkelling equipment as advertised so we couldn’t do that and that was one of the reasons we booked this trip. Also this isn’t the tour operators fault but the cave is so disappointing, it’s tiny and not worth seeing. Really disappointed with this trip and totally miss sold”
